BÁRCZI SWAP FAIR
We warmly encourage everyone to check at home for good-quality items you no longer need and would be happy to pass on to our incoming students. This is a wonderful opportunity to give your belongings a second life while supporting others. Also, if you want you can add a special, kind note to the items you bring for the others – let these items deliver some important messages/encouragements/recommendations about your Erasmus in Budapest to the new Erasmus+ generation!

Possible items to donate include:
•    Kitchenware: pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc.
•    Unopened food: flour, canned food, pasta, rice, oil, etc.
•    Clothing and accessories
•    Books, notebooks, and school supplies
•    Electronics in working condition (e.g. headphones)
•    Small home items: lamps, blankets, cushions
•    Unopened personal care or beauty products (e.g. extra shampoo, shower gel, hair ties)

Please note:
•    All items should be clean, undamaged, and fully functional.
•    Participation is entirely voluntary.

Donations can be dropped off at the International Office (A/210) until 03/07/2026.

I. NOMINATION AND ONLINE APPLICATION

Our university accepts nominations via Mobility-Online, please nominate your students through this platform and every step of the mobility will be administrated here.

II. LEARNING AGREEMENT

Exchange students need to list the courses they wish to take in their Online Learning Agreement until 15 June for the autumn semester and until 15 December for the spring semester.

We no longer want to circulate papers with scanned copies of signatures. The Online Learning Agreement has been developed by the European University Foundation for the 21st century mobile student. It allows the Learning Agreement to be prepared online, shared with both the home and host universities and be signed using a touchscreen. Less paper. Less time wasted.
