Crew, ready to take off?

The aim of the program is to support participants in their professional development, offer new perspectives on their work, and create opportunities for self-reflection and exchange of experiences. During the program, we will address, among other topics: 

• methods for effective communication with outgoing students, 

• the importance of consciously addressing intercultural differences, 

• the exploration of various communication strategies, 

• and through student testimonials, we will receive first-hand feedback on the impact of mobility programs. 

The goal of the event is to provide participants with deeper insight into their own activities, help them recognize what they do well, where they have room for improvement, and what new approaches could support them in the future. The program offers an inspiring environment for mutual learning and strengthening the professional community. 

Prior registration is required to participate. The first phase of registration closes on May 25, 2025.
