Visit of Mongolian Diplomats to Bárczi

On the 12th of February, two diplomats from the Mongolian Embassy in Budapest visited Bárczi. The meeting, which was initiated and organised by the Faculty's International Office, was attended by vice-deans Dr. Andrea Perlusz and Dr. Eszter Márkus, as well as Attila Erdős, head of the International Office, representing the Faculty.

During the meeting, the visitors received detailed information about the Faculty's past and present, its education programmes, and its international relations. Special attention was paid to the English-language BA programme starting in September 2025, which offers new opportunities for international students.

The parties reviewed cooperation initiatives that may facilitate the admission and education of Mongolian students at Bárczi. The diplomats expressed their interest in the English-language BA programme and postgraduate training courses, and indicated that they would inform the relevant Mongolian ministries about the meeting.

The meeting may represent an important first step in establishing education relations between Bárczi and Mongolian partners.
