Main research areas

Disability Studies and Social Innovation Management

With my research activities, I focus on the different life situations of adults with disabilities, which can be supported by co-productive and co-creative developments in the field of career guidance, labor market inclusion and supported living. To implement these research and development activities, I use disability studies and innovation management (e.g., design thinking) toolkit within the Disability Studies and Social Innovation Lab community.
