As a psychologist, educator and digital methodologist, I believe it is important for university teachers to be equipped with the necessary methodological knowledge to teach in online learning environments. Since 2016, I have been working in the Education Development and Talent Support Department, helping managers to develop the university's e-learning strategy, participating in course development projects, mentoring, coordinating, writing, training and lecturing on learning management systems and digital methodology. In the past, I have taught mainly pedagogy and teacher training students as a teaching assistant and lecturer. I prefer individual and group consultations, where we think together with the lecturers to broaden their course toolbox and find the best solutions for them and their students. More recently, I have been developing online self paced digital literacy courses for university lecturers and students. As a course designer, I can do creative work that keeps me in flow.
