My research focuses on the capacity of persons with intellectual disabilities and access to justice for persons with disabilities in general. Within the field of capacity, I focus on the universal support model under Article 12 of the CRPD, in particular the domestic implementation of supported decision-making as a legal institution, as well as its applicability to a wider range than currently possible, and the creation of entitlement to it.
